Bloom Energy uses JMP analytics to produce clean, affordable power

Bloom Energy, a Sunnyvale-based clean-energy company, needed to refine manufacturing processes, increase yield, and improve reliability and performance for its fuel cell–based Energy Servers. To support those goals, the company used JMP for design of experiments, statistical process control, data analysis, and product reliability enhancement.

JMP helped Bloom Energy optimize design and production, monitor equipment with control charts, and analyze reliability and degradation data. As a result, Bloom reported significantly higher yields over a short time and improved product reliability, translating into lower costs and better performance.
