A JMP Case Study
Ipsen, a global specialty pharmaceutical group focused on oncology, needed a faster way to analyze complex biomarker and immunoassay data to support cancer research. Its biologists had been processing files manually, making the work slow, repetitive, and prone to inefficiency, which limited time for higher-value scientific analysis.
Using JMP and the JMP scripting language, Ipsen built three customizable automated applications to process results, validate data, and run analyses. With JMP, sample-processing time dropped from about 20 hours to as little as 15–30 minutes for an experiment, freeing researchers to focus on discovery and enabling new lines of investigation that were previously impractical.
