A JMP Case Study
The University of Geneva wanted to give students across disciplines the analytics skills they need to stand out in a data-driven job market. To make business analytics more engaging and easier to understand, the university looked for a teaching tool that could help students grasp statistical concepts through visualization, and adopted JMP.
JMP, sometimes used alongside R, was introduced into the classroom to support hands-on data exploration and data visualization in business analytics courses. The result was strong student engagement and positive course evaluations, with students saying JMP helped them create powerful visualizations quickly, speed up their analytics workflow, and better understand statistics.
