Leading Power House DCS Company needed to upgrade and expand its existing power house control system to support new boilers and consolidate operations into a new control room. JMP Solutions, working around a pre-selected Honeywell platform, was brought in to modernize the site’s control environment.

JMP Solutions upgraded the existing Honeywell PlantScape system to ExperionPKS, integrated the new boiler and balance-of-plant controls, and managed the full installation and startup across a multi-year phased rollout. The result was a coordinated, end-to-end control system delivery with full specification, design, hardware coordination, commissioning support, and startup services, enabling the customer to bring the new boilers online successfully.
