UCO, an IT consulting and software development company in Kazakhstan, needed to deliver an enterprise-level HR management system for one of its customers. The system had to support recruiting, training, career development, and other key talent management processes, but existing products did not meet the requirements, so UCO turned to Jmix to build it from scratch.

Using Jmix and Premium Add-ons, UCO developed the platform with a small team of three developers in just 6.5 months. The solution now tracks the careers of 65,000 employees across several companies and includes modules for recruiting, KPI-based goal setting, competence matching, learning management, certification, career development, and more; after implementation, UCO launched it internationally as a SaaS product.
