The solution automated agent scheduling, case scoring, payments, invoicing, and compliance, while giving staff and mobile agents better visibility and control. The impact was strong: CDER’s revenues grew to £15 million a year, three times the level at project start, complaints fell by 22%, collections increased by 22% in the first two years after go-live, and direct costs dropped by 12%.
