ZirMed, a national leader in revenue cycle management serving more than 100,000 healthcare providers, needed to migrate a decade-old homegrown customer support and billing system to Salesforce and synchronize customer data so operations could access cradle-to-grave information. With a tight three-month deadline, they also required a robust, easy-to-maintain integration that wouldn’t rely on outside experts.
