The company relied on a coding‑based integration between its JD Edwards ERP and NetSuite CRM that was unreliable, slow, required constant monitoring and too many technical resources, making automation, rapid lookups and scaling impractical.

ACAL BFi deployed Jitterbit’s no‑coding integration platform to standardize and accelerate data synchronization. Jitterbit now synchronizes over 200,000 customer, item, booking and billing records and replicates ERP and CRM data to a local MySQL database for fast lookups, delivering a 360‑degree view of customers and inventory, greater speed and flexibility, and the ability to expand integration to marketing and a customer web portal.
