Marian University, a Catholic university in Indianapolis, struggled with siloed systems that left staff and faculty working from different student data and students unable to complete all enrollment tasks. The lack of a single, integrated view of student information hindered advising and operational efficiency.
Marian chose Salesforce for a 360° student view and used Jitterbit to integrate its CAMS system; internal staff implemented the solution and built a single Salesforce page called “KnightQuest” highlighting the five tasks students must complete. The integration unified admissions, faculty, and coaches, produced a 93% completion rate for enrollment tasks in year one, and drove a 58% increase in on-time tuition payments in year one plus an additional 33% in year two.
