Bounce Energy, a Texas-based retail energy provider, needed a reliable way to handle mandatory Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions between customers, ERCOT and partner/internal systems. Facing high-volume, mission-critical exchanges (customer transfers, meter usage, service connects/disconnects) and wanting to avoid custom-built integrations, Bounce sought an off-the-shelf solution that worked “out of the box.”

Jitterbit was implemented as the integration backbone to automate bi-directional EDI requests and responses and support other processes like fulfillment and payments. The result is a scalable, “set-and-forget” integration layer that processes large daily data volumes, frees IT to focus on competitive initiatives, and enables Bounce to quickly meet new EDI and business requirements.
