Ricoh Canada, a leading document solutions provider, needed to replace a hard-to-manage legacy integration between Salesforce CRM and its Baan ERP. Other tools evaluated were too complex, and while an SI initially helped, Ricoh wanted a simpler, maintainable solution they could run in-house.
Ricoh chose Jitterbit for its pre-built Salesforce connector and got it running in 10 days to bi-directionally sync customer data between Salesforce and Baan. The integration consolidated customer data across departments in a day, gives sales a real-time view of customer assets in Salesforce, and is now maintained by a single in-house resource.
