Inphi, a provider of high‑speed connectivity solutions, struggled with fragmented data across Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Autodesk Vault and PLM 360. Critical processes like RMAs, BOM management and reporting relied on spreadsheets and manual handoffs, creating poor visibility, frequent errors and wasted time as teams called or emailed for updates.

Inphi worked with Razorleaf and used Jitterbit to integrate the four systems and feed a Microsoft SQL warehouse for SSRS reporting. The integration automated item creation and change workflows, gave sales and engineering instant access to current BOMs and RMA status, eliminated manual data entry, and delivered cross‑system visibility and actionable reports—improving customer response, data integrity and overall project velocity.
