Henry Schein ANZ, part of the Fortune 500 health-care distributor with ~375 local employees, needed to bring data from multiple on‑premise and third‑party systems into Salesforce so sales teams could access a true 360° view of customers. Their legacy integrations were custom, fragile and time‑consuming, forcing reps to search multiple systems for basic customer information; with limited developer resources they required a fast, secure, low‑code integration platform that could reliably connect ERP, commerce, expense and file systems.
They implemented Jitterbit Harmony after a rapid proof‑of‑concept, using out‑of‑the‑box connectors (Salesforce, Pronto ERP, Vision Commerce, Concur, FTP/SFTP, Office365) and built APIs to centralize and secure data flows (PGP encryption) with full traceability. The result was rock‑solid, rapid integrations, drastically reduced troubleshooting, and a consolidated customer view in Salesforce—examples include a Concur‑to‑Pronto integration completed in 2–3 days versus weeks—freeing sales to focus on customers and enabling future integration projects.
