A Jitterbit Case Study
Electrolux, a global manufacturer of domestic appliances, needed better logistics intelligence to support its fast-growing e-commerce operations. With thousands of orders processed each day, the company faced delivery delays caused by carrier miscommunications, making it difficult to move high volumes efficiently. Electrolux turned to Jitterbit and its Wevo iPaaS platform to help solve the challenge.
Jitterbit implemented a transportation management system within Electrolux’s delivery operation, using unified integration to improve carrier allocation and overflow routing based on capacity limits. The result was a two-day reduction in average e-commerce delivery time, along with lower costs and labor needs. Jitterbit’s solution also helped integrate products, stock, prices, and orders, and the success in Brazil is now expanding across other Latin American countries.
