Electrolux cuts D2C delivery time by 2 days with Jitterbit

Electrolux, the second-largest appliance manufacturer in the world, faced a challenge with its highly manual ecommerce and supply chain processes. This lack of automation between its VTEX platform and ERP systems led to error-prone work and carrier miscommunication, hindering its planned expansion into Latin America. To address this, Electrolux selected Jitterbit as its integration platform as a service (iPaaS) vendor.

Jitterbit implemented a unified integration platform to automate the complex supply chain integrations. The solution included a transportation management system to optimize carrier usage and seamless integrations between VTEX and ERPs. As a result, Jitterbit helped Electrolux reduce its average ecommerce delivery time by two days, cut costs, and successfully expand to 18 sites across 8 countries in Latin America.
