Emponto, a long-established wristwatch retailer in São Paulo, wanted to modernize its operations and launch e-commerce, but its ERP system could not connect to the chosen online store. As a traditional business with many manual processes, it needed an integration partner to make its digital transformation work.
Jitterbit, through its Wevo integration platform, connected Emponto’s ERP and e-commerce systems, registered more than 2,000 SKUs, and separated the company’s systems into distinct projects. The result was a successful move to online sales during the COVID-19 period, helping Emponto expand its sales channels and enabling its Brazil operation to shift fully to e-commerce while stores were closed.
