Berklee Brings Harmony to Connected Student Management

Berklee Online, the online extension of Berklee College of Music, delivers Berklee’s curriculum and lifelong learning opportunities to students worldwide. To manage enrollment, communications, and support at scale it needed modern digital connectivity—but its legacy monolithic systems left data siloed and duplicated, with no centralized reporting or agile way to view student information across departments.

Berklee implemented Jitterbit Harmony to connect Salesforce, Ellucian Colleague ERP, Marketo, Informer, FTP and other in‑house systems via real‑time APIs, creating a connectivity‑hub model that eliminates duplicate records and provides a 360° view of students. The result is a connected virtual campus with up‑to‑date, centrally controlled data, streamlined maintenance of data flows, and coordinated student, staff, and faculty interactions across devices.
