Al Salem Johnson Controls (ASJC), a major building management and HVAC provider across Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries, needed to move off paper-based processes when it implemented ServiceMax for the first time. To speed adoption and reduce manual entry, ASJC required an integration solution to connect ServiceMax with its Epicor iScala ERP and a SharePoint call-center application, while eliminating data silos and duplicate records.

ASJC selected Jitterbit Harmony to orchestrate SharePoint → ServiceMax → Epicor workflows, completing the project on schedule (May–December 2018). The integration automated work order creation and time reporting, saved technicians time, improved customer satisfaction, enabled planning and scheduling tools, and delivered dashboards that quantify staff efficiency and utilization—leading to strong field adoption of ServiceMax.
