Acal BFi, a pan-European technical distributor, faced challenges with its unreliable, code-based data integration between its JD Edwards ERP and NetSuite CRM systems. The manual processes were slow, difficult to scale, and required constant monitoring. To gain a single view of its customer and inventory data, Acal BFi turned to the Jitterbit integration platform to automate synchronization and reduce costs.

Jitterbit implemented a seamless integration that rapidly syncs over 200,000 customer, booking, billing, and item records between JD Edwards and NetSuite. This provided Acal BFi with a complete 360-degree customer view and also replicated data to a local database for rapid lookups. The solution allowed the company to efficiently scale its operations and has plans to expand its use of Jitterbit for future integrations.
