How Evite Became a Leader in Digital Gifting

Evite, the leading digital invitation service used by more than 100 million people annually, wanted to add gifting to its event experience but faced the cost and complexity of building an e-commerce platform and managing retailer logistics. To solve that gap, Evite partnered with Jifiti to deploy Jifiti’s Gift Store / Instant Gifts solution and avoid the time and expense of building and maintaining a full gifting supply chain.

Jifiti rapidly integrated a branded "Send a Gift" modal into Evite (desktop, mobile web and native apps), letting guests browse dozens of leading retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Toys "R" Us, etc.), complete checkout without a recipient address, and let recipients accept the item or convert it to store credit. The Jifiti-powered flow launched quickly, works within evite.com, and immediately enabled Evite’s large user base to send thoughtful gifts in just a few clicks while removing fulfillment and logistics burdens from Evite.
