Embraer, a major aircraft manufacturer, was using an unsupported legacy CAM system for their sheet metal and composite cutting operations and required a more efficient and automated solution. They benchmarked five systems and selected JETCAM International's JETCAM Expert Premium software for its superior performance and open approach to their requirements.

JETCAM implemented its software with the Remote Control Processing (RCP) and Free Form High Performance Nesting (FFHPN) modules. The solution automated programming, saving six hours per day on composite parts and achieving a 4% material reduction.
