endjin ran workshops and embedded with the team to rework the delivery pipeline: they refactored and split the solution, migrated to GitHub, introduced BuildFx and TeamCity CI with gated commits, adopted GitFlow, YouTrack, user stories and BDD, automated deployments to Azure (DeployFx), added Selenium/Sauce Labs UI tests and New Relic monitoring.
