Jet Interactive provided its call tracking technology to a large education provider to help them better understand how phone calls from their website influenced the marketing conversion path. The challenge was the historical difficulty in attributing these valuable phone leads back to their original marketing sources and understanding the phone's role in the customer journey.
The solution from Jet Interactive enabled the customer to track call conversions across devices and channels. The results revealed that phone calls were the most common conversion type at 2.1%, far exceeding forms and live chats. The data also showed that while organic search was the most common first touchpoint, branded paid search was most often the final interaction before a conversion. This allowed the large education provider to optimize its marketing efforts based on these insights provided by Jet Interactive.
