BT Créditos, a legal claims buyer, faced operational challenges as critical data was trapped in disconnected departmental spreadsheets and email chains. To overcome this, BT Créditos partnered with vendor Jestor to build a structured system for these processes.

Jestor implemented a custom relational database and automated workflows to replace the spreadsheets and manual approvals. The solution ensured data was complete and consistent from the start via required-field forms and eliminated duplicate work. As a result, the monthly analytics snapshot is now available instantly, eliminating the previous 2-3 day collection time. The vendor Jestor also enabled the team to build the first working version of this system in about three hours versus an estimated two months to code it traditionally.
