Western Wear Leader Spurs Business Growth with TrueCommerce ecUtopia Platform and Jesta ERP

Cavender’s, a family‑owned western and workwear retailer with 84 stores across 14 states and a strong online presence, needed better EDI, visibility and vendor collaboration to support growth. Working with Jesta I.S., which provides the Jesta Vision Suite ERP platform already in use at Cavender’s, the retailer aimed to replace its EDI vendor and tightly integrate EDI processes with its core ERP to improve inventory availability and analytics.

TrueCommerce’s ecUtopia Platform was implemented and integrated with Jesta Vision Suite (Jesta I.S.), automating EDI data flows and enabling three‑way matching of POs, packing slips and invoices, carton‑level receiving, and exception reporting. The combined Jesta I.S. and TrueCommerce solution improved vendor collaboration with shared analytics, reduced shipping costs and lead times, increased fulfillment visibility across Cavender’s 84 stores and online channels, and freed operational payroll to be redeployed into customer‑facing roles.
