The solution centralized merchandising and inventory, enabled real‑time stock and multi‑warehouse fulfillment, standardized processes across banners, improved omnichannel performance, and delivered measurable gains—including an estimated five‑minute savings per rental checkout—positioning Christy Sports for scalable growth.
