Because Jenzabar uses CrowdStrike as its endpoint detection and response provider for its SaaS solutions, Jenzabar received an alert at 3:00 AM that one‑third of its client‑hosted servers were impacted—hundreds of institutions and over 1,000 systems were essentially nonfunctional.
