Spring Arbor University leverages a new advancement solution to propel fundraising success

Spring Arbor University, a Michigan-based institution of more than 4,000 students across 15 locations, needed to modernize its advancement operations to better manage donor and prospect data, streamline gift processing, and strengthen stewardship. To tackle these challenges, Spring Arbor University participated in a pilot of Jenzabar’s new institutional advancement solution, JenzabarAdvancement.

Jenzabar implemented the web-based JenzabarAdvancement system, giving advancement staff intuitive data entry and gift receipting, faster access to schedules and complete constituent profiles, integrated reporting, and online events/communities. The vendor’s solution helped the university improve campaign intelligence and constituent engagement and—according to Spring Arbor—dramatically reduced the time required to enter and process advancement information.
