Elmira College, a private liberal arts college serving roughly 800 full‑time students, faced shrinking budgets, disparate legacy IT systems, weak data protection, and outdated, paper‑based processes such as in‑person course registration. To modernize and consolidate its systems, Elmira College partnered with Jenzabar and implemented Jenzabar One (including Jenzabar Student, Jenzabar Retention, and Jenzabar Finance) to address these operational and security challenges.

Jenzabar consolidated the college’s ERP and SIS onto a single, user‑friendly platform, enabling online course registration and billing, automated finance and payroll, and an early alert retention system. The Jenzabar solution delivered real‑time budget and student data for better decision‑making, reduced security risk and paper workflows, improved retention through early intervention, and achieved cost savings by eliminating legacy servers and reducing data center overhead.
