Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, a private not‑for‑profit in Concord, NC serving 900+ students across 18 health‑science programs, needed to streamline admissions and student services, reduce manual administrative work (like paper admissions letters), and improve access to timely information for applicants and enrolled students. To support decades of student success and adapt to changing needs, the college has partnered for 20+ years with Jenzabar and uses the Jenzabar SONIS student information system.

Working with Jenzabar, Cabarrus implemented Jenzabar SONIS features including an applicant portal, a centralized student portal, online admissions letters, transfer‑credit visibility, and pre‑built reporting—plus ongoing configuration and support from the Jenzabar team.
