Baker College, the largest independent college in Michigan serving over 35,000 students across nine campuses, six branch locations and 150+ programs, faced fragmented, internally built systems and limited IT bandwidth to deliver value-added functionality. Seeking a future-ready ERP to streamline operations, improve student retention, and realize its “One Baker” vision, Baker selected Jenzabar and its next-generation, cloud-hosted Jenzabar JX platform through an extensive RFP.
