Case Study: Pixum boosts conversions and attribution accuracy with JENTIS server-side tracking

A JENTIS Case Study

Preview of the Pixum Case Study

Pixum collects up to 29.2% more conversions and corrects 55% of customer journeys for better attribution and budgeting with JENTIS Server-side Tracking

Pixum, one of the leading online photo services in Germany and Europe, was facing tracking preventions, ad-blockers, and GDPR-related changes that were reducing data quality and creating major discrepancies across analytics, channel evaluation, and BI tools. To address this, Pixum worked with JENTIS on a server-side tracking setup, including GA and Adtriba plug-ins and the Usercentrics consent manager integration.

JENTIS implemented a first-party data strategy and privacy-focused server-side tracking that improved measurement quality and compliance. The result was up to 29.2% more conversions collected, 55% of customer journeys corrected, and single-session purchases reduced by more than 20% in attribution analysis; in one campaign, the improved insights helped increase new customer sales by 176% compared with the previous year.
