Corona-Info Chatbot Helps Medical Authorities Deal with Information Requests

The customer, Terveystalo, a leading Finnish private healthcare service provider, needed to efficiently spread official facts and combat misinformation about the COVID-19 pandemic for its users. They partnered with the vendor GetJenny to implement its JennyBot service, specifically the Corona-Info chatbot, to provide accurate, 24/7 information.

GetJenny developed a centrally managed button bot that was deployed on Terveystalo's and other organizations' websites. The solution delivered over 20,000 answers to approximately 7,000 users within its first 22 days, effectively communicating critical pandemic information and reducing the burden on medical authorities.
