Jellyfish Group developed a predictive model using CRM and paid search data to estimate Customer Lifetime Value and assign predictive values to conversions. This data was integrated into Google Ads to shift from a target CPA to a target ROAS bidding strategy. The solution delivered a 79% increase in activations, a 17% increase in ROAS, and a 23% decrease in CPA.
