Tryg gains significant forecasting cycle reduction with Jedox

Tryg, one of the largest non-life insurers in the Nordics serving over four million customers across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, struggled with slow, resource-intensive forecasting driven by complex Excel models. Collecting and consolidating data took around six weeks each quarter, relied heavily on key personnel and made rolling forecasts and timely insight across business areas difficult.

By implementing the Jedox cloud EPM platform, Tryg automated data integration, validation and consolidation to deliver rolling forecasts much faster and more consistently. The new browser-based solution reduced forecasting cycle time, improved forecast quality and collaboration, freed the Finance team to focus on analysis, and enabled rapid deployment of new capabilities (including sales forecasting and exploration of AI-assisted planning).
