diva-e is a leading German transactional experience partner with 700 employees across 12 locations. After centralizing finance in 2016, the company needed a fast, scalable solution that would provide a consistent single source of truth while allowing decentralized data entry — a requirement driven in part by private-equity financing and rapid growth.

Working with Mandora Business Solutions, diva-e implemented Jedox as an integrated EPM platform; an initial ETL to consolidate historical data was completed in 14 days. The unified solution now supports planning, analysis, reporting and forecasting (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, intercompany, personnel), is used by 30 users across 11 sites, and delivers automated weekly reports that improved working capital by a seven‑figure impact — with plans to add automatic forecasts via the Jedox AI Engine.
