A Jedox Case Study
The D.C. Bar — the second-largest unified bar in the U.S. with over 100,000 members worldwide — needed more flexible finance reporting to support its mission of improving the legal system. Their existing software couldn’t consolidate data into the groupings they needed, lacked drill-down to transaction-level detail, and couldn’t combine GL and association-management data for multi-dimensional cost tracking.
They chose Jedox CPM for its flexibility and ease of use, implementing a unified reporting and budgeting system in 3–6 months that replicates their organizational structures and provides drill-through to source transactions across Netsuite/GL and their association software. The solution, now used by 45 users for web-based budgeting, ad hoc and trend analysis, delivered faster, more accurate insights and significant time savings, with plans to expand into forecasting and a mobile dues-collection dashboard.
