’s Heeren Loo Successfully Deployed Jedox Solution Within 10 Weeks

’s Heeren Loo, the largest mental health charity in the Netherlands supporting about 12,000 people across roughly 200 locations, needed an integrated planning, budgeting and forecasting solution to manage complex local care contracts, variable pricing and staffing across its many sites. Its prior Excel-based and custom .NET EPM tools could not scale, allow managers to submit budgets, or adapt quickly enough, so the organisation sought a flexible CPM tool capable of complex models, fast calculation and workflow support.

Working with Jedox and partner Celcus, ’s Heeren Loo built Care, Personnel and Financial Planning modules and deployed the solution in 10 weeks, involving 40 controllers and coordination across 16 regions and ~200 managers. The Jedox implementation delivered rapid rollout, Excel-like ease of use, consolidated corporate budgets, multi-year budgeting and liquidity forecasting, and materially improved budgeting accuracy and overall financial planning.
