Case Study: Inka achieves centralized purchasing foresight and automated bonus forecasting with Jedox

A Jedox Case Study

Preview of the Inka Case Study

Purchasing With Foresight and Confidence at Trade Organization Inka

Inka is a Dutch purchasing cooperative representing over twenty medium-sized installers (about 4,000 employees) that negotiates supplier and manufacturer agreements in electrical, mechanical and climate control sectors. The organization struggled with fragmented, flat Access databases, manual and error-prone bonus calculations, and limited ability to run scenario analyses or forecast end-of-period purchase benefits, which made oversight slow and time-consuming.

Inka implemented an in-memory OLAP solution from Jedox (with ETL, web front end and Celcus support), consolidating receivables, creditor files and financial data into a single database with automated read-ins, dashboards and monitoring. The result is a centralized platform with transparent, automated process monitoring, faster and more reliable forecasts and scenario analyses, significant time savings for users, and improved collaboration and decision-making across partners and suppliers.
