New Sales Planning Solution for Netafim Thanks to Actiview and Jedox

Netafim, the global leader in smart irrigation solutions, faced fragmented, spreadsheet-driven sales planning across its international subsidiaries and needed a unified platform that preserved each country’s local requirements. The challenge was to standardize planning and reporting while improving alignment between sales, manufacturing and finance for about 125 users across major markets.

Working with Actiview, Netafim implemented a Jedox-based sales planning and forecasting solution (web and mobile) that replaced manual Excel processes, added statistical forecasting (including external factors like weather), and enabled localized customization. The rollout across key subsidiaries shortened planning cycles, improved data sharing and cross-functional alignment, and delivered faster, more accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
