GWA Group Limited, a long-established Australian and New Zealand manufacturer and distributor of building fixtures and fittings (brands such as Caroma, Fowler and Dorf), faced slow, IT-dependent reporting and planning. Their Lawson Movex ERP made analysis cumbersome, budgets were managed in complex linked spreadsheets with inconsistent results, and forecasts lacked the detailed cost visibility needed for a manufacturing business.
