ManpowerGroup Austria, a top-three provider of recruiting and staffing that closes nearly 7,000 contracts a year and places over 3,000 employees monthly, needed faster, more flexible reporting and forecasting. Their legacy system couldn’t deliver monthly updates, support multiple budget scenarios, or provide client-level target/actual comparisons, and manual Excel submissions from branches caused errors and time-consuming fixes.

They implemented Jedox with partner it-novum and—within weeks to two months—deployed an intuitive self-service BI solution used by about 35 users. The Jedox web interface enabled real-time HQ access, quick ad-hoc reports, multi-scenario budgeting and monthly forecasts, reduced data errors, and gave managers on-the-go access to reliable data for faster, better decisions.
