Jedox Provides Cost Model Solution to Telecom Giant O2

O2 IT Services s.r.o., a subsidiary of O2 a.s., provides complex ICT services to corporate customers and needed to deliver detailed, repeatable cost calculations. Their legacy Excel-based process required heavy manual updates, was slow, and prone to human error, making automated, consolidated cost modeling a priority.

Jedox, implemented with partners Noctuint and Trask, replaced manual spreadsheets with an Excel-like OLAP solution that consolidated budget, infrastructure and allocation data, supported mobile data entry and EUR–CZK conversion, and reused existing Excel tables. The pilot migration took under three months; the new model requires minimal manual adjustment, drastically reduces errors, and paved the way for a full rollout within six months.
