Poclain Hydraulics, a French maker of hydrostatic transmissions with 2,000 employees and operations worldwide, needed to analyze historical sales and run pricing simulations across products, clients and regions. Their previous Excel/IBM Cognos model was slow and hard to standardize for international use, so the marketing and sales teams sought a fast, user‑driven solution they could build and administer themselves.

Implemented with partner PerfectSight, Jedox provides ultrafast data imports and calculations to compute optimal prices and a market price floor, compare five years of component sales, and deliver dynamic charts for account managers. The solution produces reports in under three seconds, required only days of training for strong user adoption, supports about 150 users, standardized pricing processes and is being rolled out to 19 regional offices.
