Bernegger is a family-owned Austrian aggregates company operating 18 plants with 650 employees and a fleet of over 1,000 machines. Management accounting faced fragmented, manual reporting across Excel, Access and legacy tools and needed a modern, visual, lean solution that accountants could administer and develop themselves.

Bernegger implemented Jedox (OLAP Server, Excel add-in, Integrator and Jedox Web) after a three-day proof-of-concept, moving to integrated financial and project reporting and long-term planning without a separate data warehouse. The solution delivers daily AR and hourly telemetric loads, web access for 80 users, and seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV; it reduced manual work, enabled controlled self-service BI and won the BARC Best Practice Award 2015 for fast, extensible business benefits.
