Senaatti, the Finnish Government enterprise that manages around 9,000 buildings and €4.2 billion in real estate assets, faced growing complexity in budgeting, forecasting and portfolio planning. Its finance team relied on multiple error-prone Excel templates that were time-consuming, hard to integrate and unable to support scenario modelling or a single version of the truth.

After a procurement process Senaatti deployed the Jedox EPM integrated planning solution, connecting Jedox to its data warehouse and rolling the tool out to about 120 users. Jedox replaced spreadsheet processes, halved the time to produce budgets, forecasts and portfolio plans, simplified reporting with consistent data, and enabled broader, user-friendly budgeting and scenario modelling across the organisation.
