Interstuhl Expands Its Own Reporting System With Jedox

Interstuhl, a German manufacturer of office seating with around 850 employees and a global footprint, needed to modernize reporting and free its controlling team from time-consuming, error-prone Excel processes. Their self-developed ERP on IBM AS/400 and eGECKO financial system required a future-proof, easily integrated planning platform that allowed controllers to focus on analysis instead of data preparation.

Interstuhl implemented Jedox with support from partner iXLOG, using file-based data loads to stay independent of internal IT. Cost center planning was operational within two days and, after six days of product training, the team fully supports the system internally. Automated reporting and granular data cubes for cost, investment, personnel, sales and R&D cut report preparation time by up to 30%, enabled daily automated reports and faster ad hoc analyses with error-free figures.
