Industrial cleaning specialist REYM selects Jedox to support its driver-based Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting requirements

REYM, a Netherlands-based industrial cleaning, transport and waste-management specialist with over 700 employees, faced growing FP&A challenges as its budgeting, forecasting and reporting relied on numerous manual Excel processes. The company lacked consistent, timely data for P&L, sales, HR and asset planning and needed an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform able to support driver-based consolidation and the reporting requirements of its REMONDIS parent group.

REYM adopted Jedox EPM in a phased rollout, quickly replicating its spreadsheet P&L, linking Jedox to ERP systems for automated actuals and adding standard models for Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Sales Planning, HR and Capex. The result was faster, more reliable management information, substantial time savings from removed spreadsheet maintenance, rapid user adoption thanks to familiar interfaces, and a flexible EPM platform that supports broader FP&A functions and multiple reporting formats.
