PPRO, a global fintech that powers local payments in 100+ e‑commerce markets, needed to replace time‑consuming, Excel‑based planning with a scalable, automated solution. The FP&A team sought a cloud‑based EPM that would provide a single source of truth, seamless integration with their internal data warehouse, decentralized data entry with centralized storage, and support for P&L, variance and headcount planning as the company grew.

PPRO implemented Jedox with partner HiCo in four months, establishing live data‑warehouse integration, SSO and backups and enabling self‑service ETL, models and reports for 60 users across 15 departments in 20 locations. The platform delivered faster, more accurate quarterly and monthly forecasts, monthly variance analysis, per‑product and per‑region planning, and detailed HR costing — and cut monthly reporting time from two days to two hours while creating an integrated, collaborative planning environment.
