Fashion Label Tailors Marketing, Sales and E-commerce With Jedox

MADELEINE Mode GmbH is a 35-year-old German women’s fashion mail-order and e‑commerce retailer operating across Europe. Rapid e‑commerce growth and a seasonal product cycle forced the company to modernize marketing and sales planning: it needed 360-degree customer views, consistent KPIs and timely reports to drive highly differentiated, flexible advertising and campaign calendarization.

MADELEINE implemented a self-service BI solution based on Jedox that its business analysts could build and extend; with Jedox consultants they modeled the data warehouse, defined ETL processes in ten days and prototyped integrations in a two‑day workshop. The web application ties together Adobe Analytics, SQL Server and a customer planning tool to deliver automated standard reporting, seasonal calendarization and complete e‑commerce channel planning (delivered in six months), reducing manual work, improving decision-making and enabling in‑house development for about 40 users.
